Manufacturing Facility

Seat Base/Fuel Tank The Company’s expertise in the manufacturing of sheet metal parts is unmatched. The press shop is equipped with a large number of single and double action presses with capacities ranging from 10 tons to 400 tons, both in mechanical and hydraulics. The special purpose presses are equipped with manipulators and processes ranging from metal forming, deep drawing, piercing and embossing to fine blanking can be performed on these machines.

Foam Seat

Moulding Process Efficiency is key at the moulding stage. The facility produces 25,000 units per month. The Italian top notch Eco master allows us to increase production capacity to 50,000 units per month. Stitching and Finishing Attention to detail is of paramount importance at the stitching and finishing stage. That is why our philosophy has been to recruit and train human resources that possess the highest level of skills, experience and the desire to adapt new technology. Equipped with Juki machines, our stitching department finishes 2,000 seats every day.
